Which plan do I need?
Use the scoper above: it tells you. As a rule, one bot, script or page with a few features is Launch; anything with a dashboard, payments or several parts is Pro. If we think you picked the wrong one, we'll say so in the spec and refund or quote the difference before any work starts.
What happens after I get in touch?
Within 24 hours we reply to collect the details, then send a one-page spec with the fixed price. Work starts when you approve it and the payment is done.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code and the right to use and change it however you like.
What if I'm not happy?
Cancel before approving the spec and you get a full refund. After that, if what we deliver doesn't match the approved spec and we can't fix it, you get your money back. See the refund policy.
How do I pay?
Launch is paid 100% up front. Pro is a 50% deposit up front and the other 50% before handover, once you've seen the finished build working. Pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout, or in crypto with Solana Pay (USDC or SOL, straight from your wallet to ours, confirmed on-chain). We never ask for card details, wallet keys or seed phrases. Until a checkout is switched on, message us and we'll agree how you pay before any work starts.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. Hosting or API costs for your own accounts, if your project needs them, are billed to you directly by those providers, and we'll list them in the spec.
