Refund policy
We want you to feel safe paying up front. Here's exactly when you can get your money back.
Full refund
- Before you approve the spec: change your mind for any reason and we'll refund you in full.
- If we can't deliver the spec: if what we deliver doesn't do what the approved spec describes, and we can't fix it within the fix period (14 days for Launch, 30 for Pro), we'll refund you in full.
- If we decline your project: for example because it's bigger than the Launch plan and you don't want a quote, or because we can't build it lawfully.
Partial refund
If you cancel after approving the spec but before delivery, we'll refund what you've paid minus a fair amount for the work already done, and tell you how we worked it out. For Pro orders this applies to your 50% deposit; the second 50% is only due before handover, so you never pay it for a build you don't receive.
After delivery
Once your build has been delivered and matches the approved spec, refunds aren't available. You still get 14 days of free fixes, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
How to ask
Email hello@botme.lol with your name and the email you paid with. We'll confirm within 5 working days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin, for the USD value you paid.
